Perfect for 8-12 people in 3 studios located in the Village d'Arc 2000, in the VARET residence. Ski-in/ski-out start and finish, ideal point for skiing in the entire PARADISKI area. Ideal to go with family or friends.
We rent on Sunday-Sunday or short-ski ending on Sunday (not in high season). January and March are ideal for short skiing from midweek to Sunday! To get a price for the short-ski, you can send a message.
3 studios spread over 27m² and 37m² each, 94m² in total. Completely renovated in the same modern style and with a view of the ski slopes and Mont Blanc.
The studios are divided as follows:
1. The apartment "living space": Sofa bed for 2 people. A large room with the aim of bringing guests together with a fully equipped "welcoming" kitchen with dishwasher included. Custom-made dimmable lighting.
2. The apartment suitable for 5 people. One bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds. Small coffee corner with fridge.
3. The apartment suitable for 7 people. One bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. Another extra bedroom with a double bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds. Small coffee corner with fridge.
Each studio is equipped with:
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- Large ski lockers and ski boot lockers.
- Minibar/fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, large flat screen TV®.
- Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are provided by yourself
Other amenities: public Internet access with code, hair dryer, board games, gourmet, fondue sets, small sleigh, 1 cot.
Departure and return on skis from level 0. Departures are also possible on the 8th floor. Amenities at 300m: supermarket, restaurants, various shops, ESF, tourist office, ticket offices for the purchase of ski passes.
The price includes the normal consumption of electricity, heating, water and hot water. The price does not include final cleaning (the kitchen must always be cleaned by the tenants), excluding tourist tax and a deposit will be requested. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. In view of the quiet nature of the residence, it is expressly requested to be respected.
